Research areas
In the theoretical photonics group we explore the possibility to control the properties of light by means of micro- and nanostructured materials. We apply this opportunity to enable applications previously inaccessible or to significantly enhance already existing applications. In our work we rely on a large variety of different numerical and theoretical tools and on the close interaction to a large variety of experimental and theoretical groups that work in the same scientific area.
